Claude Bolling?

I think Claude Bolling wrote a jazz suite for flute and piano trio- bass, piano, and drums...

unless I dreamed it...

I've played the Bolling Suite plenty - remember you don't have to play all of it.

I've also done the Bach inventions split up between the two instruments. I liked them better than Bolling's jazz imitations. You also might try looking for something you can adapt by Telemann.
