A Call for Papers and a Call for Scores has been issued by the Center with detailed information available on the website. | Anyone hear about this? One of my teachers (Greg Runions) submitted his composition "The New Cure" and it was one of the pieces that ended up being played by one of the big bands -- he was one of 7 people who got this far, and one of only 2 (!) Canadians whose pieces were played at this (the other is a man from Manitoba whose tune "The Buttonhole Maker" was played by one of the small groups.)
Also, somebody Mr. Warmbuttocks has probably played with (Fred Hess) had one of his pieces played there -- "Journey to Sentonsa."
