Send a message via AIM to beingbecoming
jazz on cruise ships?

Does anyone have a contact to take a jazz trio on cruise ships? I have found plenty of information on just about every other type of music, but I would really like to go with my trio. Any contacts would help i have a package together. Thanks!

There are jazz-specific cruises that feature name acts; often you see ads for them in Down Beat, Jazz Times, etc.

Most of the cruise ships I've played have been more general in terms of the music they want, but that may have changed to include more jazz content in recent years. I just got an Email from my friend Les DeMerle a couple of weeks ago; he was shopping around for a good pianist to take with his band on some cruises for a few months.
