Looking for a bass player in Bristol TN

I am looking for an upright bass player near Bristol TN to join my family band. He or she must be into traditional bluegrass which means no newgrassers please. Obviously we play a lot of Reno and Smiley material so liking them is a must but we do a lot of other traditonal material too. Singing is a plus but not necessary. Age and gender does not matter. No drinkers or smokers please. He or she must know how to behave around kids. As my kids have been getting better we have been getting more popular and we will need a steady bass player to play with us. We are still starting out but in a couple of years we hope to hit the festival curcuit. I would like to get someone that can grow with us. If you know anyone please let me know. This is a long shot but it is worth a try.
