Metronome/Tone Generator

Can anyone recommend a good all-in-one metronome/tone generator practice device? Something small that can generate all 12 semitones while simultaneously generating adjustable tempos. I've seen old Boss units (Dr. Beat?) that do this, but I am hoping there is something newer, better sounding, and user friendly.

I don't know what experience you've had with the Dr. Beats, but I can't imagine something easier to use That said, I got mine about a year ago, so it's probably a newer one.

Mine is a DB-30 -- very small, very light, feels like the battery lasts forever. Considering the flexibility of the device and the physical aspects (loud, clear pitch on tone generator, dimensions are very portable and a clear display) I don't know what else it is you're looking for.

That is all Im looking for. Can you adjust the tone volume on the DB-30s while it is simultaneously playing a rhythm?
