New BG

I feel more at home talking about BG here than over on the other side since most of us double at least a little bit. I just picked up a Fender Standard Jazz Bass Fretless at a local music store and I'm very happy with it. It's got fret lines which makes it a lot easier to play since I'm so used to seeing frets on the electric. It's black with a white pick guard just like my Standard fretted P-Bass. I'm pretty stoked.

That's a great sound. Congrats. Don't mix those two up on your way out the door!

The Jazz has a great bridge pickup sound through my Clarus/Raezor mini rig. The neck pickup also sounds really good. I've always heard factory Fenders are hit and miss. Mine is definitely a hit.
