New here...

Hey I'm Dan from Minnesota and I'm new to the forum and just wanted to say hello. I play the double bass, electric bass, and acoustic and electric guitar. I'm very glad I found this forum to discuss things pertaining to the bass with y'all. That's about it haha.. yeah..

Thumbs up

Ditto.....but, as drurb suggests, do fill out your Profile. It helps us know a bit about what you're like....what you're interested in musically, and most importantly, gives us info about yourself so we can take cheap-shots at you. Makes you feel like "one of the boys".

Welcome, Dan. I am a relative newcomer here, too.

In the past year, I've found lots of good company with some deep knowledge, and when that's not true, there is still plenty to laugh about...sort of a win-win.

+1 on filing out your profile. Let us know who you are, a bit.
