Notation Software

I just finished a tour and realized that I need to get my charts together. I'm so accustomed to working with musicians who don't need charts that I assumed the Ukranian gypsies I was working with would pick up our simple tunes but found that they felt really insecure without a chart. We wasted a lot of time before we realized what the problem was (there was a huge language barrier). So, I guess I need to get our "book" together when I get home so bringing in new musicians will be easier. What is a good notation software that won't cost me an arm and a leg and is easy to use?
