| Patitucci DVD from David Gage shop
Just thought I'd mention that I ordered and watched this DVD. The price was $25. It's a bit of a goofy video - John did not seem to prepare his lecturing which results in a very scattered progression of obtuse thoughts and ideas on playing.
Every now and again he picks up his bass and plays some pretty sick chops and I'd have to say that the only real use I'm going to get out of this DVD is by watching (in slo-mo?) what he's doing and try my best to emulate it.
He does not explain what he's doing in a hand's on manner. I'm not sure what level player this video was meant for.
Has anyone else seen the video, have any comments?
