Playing music. not just notes

How does one become a performer?
Everyone can play the notes but how can we make it music?
Or are you just born with it?
Any advice is appreciated!

Lots of listening, lots of practice, and lots of attempts at trying to make music rather that organized noise. Sooner or later you're bound get something right. If you get a teacher, they'll probably help you get there faster. Singing what you hear in your head is probably a good start but it takes a while. Be patient - you'll get there.
