Funny thing about that picture, though...it has showed up for sale as framed art in galleries and as postcards, and the photographer never asked any of us for permission to sell it. Looks like it's become a generic "Jazz trio having fun" plugin pic. |

CHRIS - just check to see if somebody at the Jazz Factory signed a release form.
You could always call the Hyatt and ask them when you are booked in, since they have your picture up....
