How about some ads at local music stores, maybe play at an open mic, go to shows, network with other musicians, offer to maybe substitute at a local shop if a teacher calls out. All of these have worked for me at one point or another.
EDIT: Realized you were a DBer. This is coming from a slab players perspective so all of these may not be applicable to your situation. I personally have no experience w/ DB.
