Question Startup Teaching

I just relocated to Indianapolis..so I'm basically starting all over with everything. Any pointers on the best way to get students? This is the first time I've actively sought them out. I'm trying to get around 15 or 16 students to cover my living expenses. Does anyone have any pointers? So far I've dropped off my resume at some stores that give lessons and contacted high-school music teachers. I teach electric and upright (jazz and beginning classical).

How about craigslist? It can be pretty good for finding students. Also hang a few fliers in music stores too.
