Stony Brook University

Hi! Just wanted to announce that I just got the double bass faculty position at Stony Brook University starting this fall. It has a great doctoral degree program.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Hope you survive the commute. The train let's out just north of the campus, nice little station, bit of a walk to school though. Oh and don't believe the "against the traffic" deal. Local traffic here is probably the second worst on LI,at least the metro commuters are pros,we got SHOPPERS!! Best of luck!
