String Emporium?

Not exactly sure if this is the right forum but anyway, anyone here ever ordered from the String Emporium lately? I'm trying to buy a new bow from them, I called and left a message last week but didn't get a call back. I also emailed but never got a reply. Does it normally take this long or am I doing something wrong?
