Mike Pecanic acquired some of the cloud maple seen on Arnold's bass seen in the gallery. This is the resulting TP. And it sounds great also.

I don't know Marcus, but I think Mike is a glutton for punishment. He asked me to send him some Mesquite from my place. That is tuff stuff. Arnold's reply, in another thread regarding the workability of the Maple was "scary".

The thing is, this TP is extremely light and has that reverb ping that Jeff Bollbach refers to. There is definitely more energy driving the table.
