I'm just about the opposite. I have 3 right now (decent enough), and I've been thinking for some time about letting go of the 2 I don't use as much to fund an upgrade.

|  | No Longer Works a Day Job | | Join Date: Jun 2000 Location: USA | | | Kevin-i'm the same way with my bow. I bought one of Bob G's French Brazilwood bows. 99% of the time it gets used is either in lessons or practicing for lessons. I think i've used it on 2 gigs in the past 3 years.

I think Christian McBride used the bow on a tune or two when he came here [Orchestra Hall @ Symphony Center] 2 years ago.
