Wheel for 13mm shaft of my endpin...

Does any one know if the 1/2" wheel fits 13mm endpin?
I can't find a right size wheel from the catalogue. no one sales 13mm wheel... I know13mm converts to inch become 1/2, but I'm not sure if it's the correct way to measure it...............
