I think it is a cool thing to have a bass manufacturer as one of the members of the site. It adds a completely new perspective.

Off topic, but a great band we saw down at the Flora Bama club this weekend featured a bassist using a Ken Smith, and it sounded mighty sweet. Not pushing the brand or anything, just reporting my observation.

I know that tune. Although, I never did figure out how Mr. Waters got his nickname.

I weed some of my posts upon reflection for some combination of:

- pomposity
- verbosity
- inadequate humor quotient

Somebody wrote that, "Nothing pays such dividends as restraint of tongue and pen." I don't seem to have the restraint thing mastered, but the "delete" option helps.
