Wondering aloud...

There's another thread on here about cleaning built up polish off a DB and some of the responses were to clean with a little bit of water (and elbow grease). My questions are: does using water on the wood "hydrate" it at all, kind of like a humidifier? Does the varnish slow (or prevent) water from being absorbed or does a little get through helping prevent the wood from drying out? Should this be done for that purpose on a regular basis?

I never saw him play violin....he played the flute. Are you thinking of another aged classic rockstar?

Phase? My sister's daughter didn't learn to sleep at night until she was almost 4.

My kids both figured it out within a month or two. That was a blessing.
