This weekend my band played for a retirement home summer picnic. We played Beatles and some old classic songs. Well we got upstaged by a puppet show that followed!  (No offense to James and His Magic Marionettes.)
People were kind but nobody was throwing their support hose at us.  The cooks and staff liked us. 
The puppet show was pretty cheezy, but the kids and old folks loved it. Oh well. |
