Either the seller tried to clean it up for the pic, used WAY too much liquid, and didn't even bother to dry it completely, or he just brought it in from the rain or a leaky garage. Doesn't exactly instill trust in the seller now does it?

That's the only nice part about AZ - all my gear stays dry because we only average 7 inches of precipitation per year.
