Figured I could rant just a little on here since it is bass related. so here goes.

It's 10 of 2 in the morning here, Apparently the Audere doesn't mix with the EMG's in my number 1 BTB so hopefully I can rewire the old Barts in it. My number 2 BTB that I bought one here in May just died in the middle of practice. Add I have a gig tomorrow on top of that. now I feel like I'm back in college about to pull an all-nighter to get both working again. so wish me a little luck, a little soldering skill and a lot of patience.

Your house is still standing, right?

Good luck on your soldering.

Not sure what emg's you have, but most emgs pickups are active and don't need a preamp. So you are running pickups with a preamp, into another preamp. Don't think that would work out some how.

Well here's the update. Figured out the one that stopped working seemed to be that the common ground was scratch and making it cut out for some odd reason so that was a short fix. The rewiring went well with number 1 but had to put some electrical tape in the cavities so the bare wood cant be seen from making it bigger for the EMG's. So all and all it went well, hopefully thats the end of my problems for now.

Don't ever say that...that almost always means that the problems are just beginning.
