Bah... That thing is WAY oversized for a 3000 seater with no direct box! I've played a 3000 seater, too, with a much smaller amp and no reinforcement from the PA system!
Not a single person heard me, though...

I have a theory about ebay and CL. I can imagine hundreds of guys weekly who post a used SX for $400 + shipping, who are later explaining to their wives/gf/so "Honey, I TRIED to sell it...."

I'd be embarrassed to give it away... looks like a real shoddy DIY attempt.. methinks if u tried to power that up to cover what the seller claims.. it'd be smokin' all right..
