sadly, the area where i live has a near total lack of any female with any true talent on bass, guitar, or drums...and a total lack of any girl that seams to have the inspiration towards music i see that my guy friends have..and it pisses me off, haha. i just don't get it. there should be way more girls around here playing instraments and being amazing. oh well, i guess it's up to me. hopefully i can teach one of my friends bass and she'll just end up being amazing.

The girl from School of Rock actually plays bass! And she's a classically trained guitarist!

I am actually friends with a female bassist, she is incredibly awesome.
Also, why are female bassists so ****ing hot and why aren't there more of them.

The website could have a little test where you're required to do two things at once.

She still seems to think that bass is easier than guitar, which is why she is teaching herself.

I hate people like her.

Well, on the other forum, you could just send a message to admin, and you would get admition. When you register on this forum, do you have to submit your gender? Choosing form a drop down menu or something? I can't remember.

Is that considered reverse sexism? Or is it just a fact, the way 2+2=4?

Only one I really recognize there is Greta Brinkman, but I haven't really searched much.

She's a great girl to talk to, very friendly.
