I don't dress to impress chicks. I finally impressed one enough to marry me and that's enough. No hat required.
But I'm recently wearing a black derby (bowler) hat at some gigs. I do it because it's somewhat goofy and adds to the overall feel of the band that we're here to help you forget your troubles for the evening and have some fun.
Our oldies group wears cheezy cardigans with a C on them. Sometimes we wear white dinner jackets and bow ties. Sometimes it's all black. It's all to help create a vibe and add to the entertainment. |
