"Newgrass Funk Seeking Bass and Drums (East Side)

Original Startup project seeking Bass and Drums. Must be willing to commit to weekly scheduled rehearsals and have a desire to be part of the band, emotionally and creatively. Not looking for hired guns, or people with too many things on their plates. Must also have serious and long term aspirations. Be creative, accomplished, innovative, versatile, open minded and willing to explore. The creative process is fully open to collaboration. Band consists of Electric banjo and keys. The music is a big mix of genres and influences. Email for more details. "

I'm going to guess it's Bela, Hancock, and a bassist and drummer to be named later.... at least that's really what I hope it'll be

PS. I'm not auditioning as I don't have the time... and because I'm probably way wrong... and because I have no idea what to play in "Newgrass"

Do you think Bela, and Herbie, need to post in craig-list.
To find band mates?

I wonder if Herbie and Bela are going to make you chip in for the rehearsal space.

Well Claypool has found players for his projects using local newspaper ads. Does he NEED to? Nope. Did he find some great talent that way? Yup.

I would still audition.

Is V.W. still not with the Flecktones?
