Yes, you can use it. I have taken it from some article on a thread here in talkbass.

BTW, i don't speak spanish or castellano, but i understand it, i'm portuguese, and that bridge is "D. Luís Bridge" built by Gustav Eiffel in the city of Oporto.

looks like it was a bridge taken off of a Traben bass.

are those things even still around?

Well, obviously the answer is a BADASS. I mean just look at the name.

Plus, Steve Harris uses 'em. And Geddy.

Although I really like Jibudo's answer too. But are those cables roundwounds or flats?

Its an exact copy of a Traben Array bridge. I own 2 traben's an Array and a Chaos Obsession. The Chaos bridge looks like any old bridge but with a big chunk of metal embedded inside the body of the bass.

I saw one of these on ebay a few weeks back, it was red. Would be cool if they made the Bootsy star bridge or the flame bridge from the Phoenix basses. Then I could mix and match.

I know a lot of people hate em, but I think its a cool look. Oh yeah and I'm in a metal band so I guess it works.

Clearly, Rearden Steel is the best metal for a bridge.
