Blown fuses?

I put together an impromptu band for a show last weekend, which took place at a local bar.

I usually run a lot of sound equipment (2 full stacks) plus my guitarists gear (which runs about 2 half stacks) and then the PA and mic for the singer.

So anyways, we're the third band on and everyone is setting up. We start doing White Room when I notice something is wrong. I can't hear myself. Looking over to my rig it was black, I didn't plug the thing in. So I walk up to the mic and go "hold on a sec, I forgot to turn my f*#%ing amp on." The crowd laughed a bit and then I turned on my amps and said something along the lines of there we go.

First power chord in the intro, we overload the fuses in the bar and whole place goes dark. Guess I brought too much equipment....

Yeah well... we're not allowed to play there anymore, but we got a ton of show requests from places in our area. I think we qualify as the loudest band :-D
