The Sweetest Rehearsal Studio in History, Looking For Renters (oakland west)

This is a very unique space and I am definitely looking for some special folks to share it with.
Trust me when I say that this is the nicest rehearsal space you have ever seen. Fully decorated, always clean, very comfortable, plug and play, full bar.
I would love to find some mature musicians who can pay the rent on time, respect the space, and share in a really wonderful musical dream of mine.
The space is located in Soundwave Studios in West Oakland. A great facility. 24 hour access, security, loading dock, freight carts and freight elevator.
The room is done in a lounge theme. So much more than a rehearsal space, it is your own personal lounge with a full bar open 24 hours a day. I am looking for mature partners who want to pay a little extra for something really special. The rent will be three to four hundred dollars depending on the size of your band and your time needs. But for that you will have a complete plug and play studio filled with quality gear. Not to mention a maid and a full bar at your disposal.
I clean the studio, and keep the bar stocked. Every time you walk in, you walk into a clean, beautiful lounge with a stocked bar. Believe you me, it keeps the band happy. I always tell my band, “we may never be rock stars, but I promise that we will always rehearse like we are.” When you see the space, you will understand what I mean. It is the kind of space that makes you instantly legitimate to anyone who you invite to play with you there.
There is a house bass amp, PA and drum kit, so I am looking for folks who do not plan to move a lot of gear in. If that idea appeals to you, I would love to hear from you.
So if you are looking for something a far cut above your normal rehearsal studio experience, can be on time every month with the rent, and are mature enough to treat a special place with respect, drop me a line. I would be happy to show you the Lounge, and talk about your band.

This is actually in my neck of the woods, and I wouldn't mind sharing a space, but I don't drink, and I don't want Ray to hate me.
