I once played a show with Ted Raimi in the audience. Sam Raimi's lesser known brother. I yelled at him a lot, trying to make sure he was exercising his right to party.

Also, I once did a puppet show with Mike Gordon in attendance.

Celebrities at shows, Shannon Dougherty, Holly Marie Combs, Rob Lowe, Michael Keaton, Peter Fonda, Steven Spielberg, Randy Newman, and Bill Bradley have all been in the audience at past shows.

Lee Dorrian, then lead singer of grindcore/death metalists Napalm Death was at a show that I played way back when, about 1991, I think.

As the band I was in were sort of Smiths soundalikes, I can't imagine he was overly impressed.
