I'm so glad you're not reading this. If you were to read this it would probably say something like "my awesome band needs a bass player that has chops and a heavy groove etc". You would also hear all about what cool people we are and that we think our **** is the best **** since sliced bread and that I sing melodies that I create to hear my own voice because I love it soooo much. Or maybe that your input into the mix could be just what we need and that you would be heard and your sensibilities would be considered in the creative process. And also that we would put our metaphorical arms around you and embrace you as our brother or sister and love you as only a bass player can be loved for all the gifts you bring to us when the amps are lit up.

When you're finished NOT READING THIS do not respond back with any beautiful bass-speak about how you like to play and how much pure ****ing joy you get from being in a musical project that not only does not suck but blows away the world with it's prowess and insight. Don't do it, it's just plain wrong. Life is too short to worry about thumping your fingers on a log with pieces of wire on it. Go shop for shoes it will make you feel better than that old Ampeg fridge and P-Basses are for pussies anyway.

Whatever, nobody reads C/L anyway and I don't want to know about you or your Bass guitar...It'll just break my heart to hear how awesome you are.

We are looking forward to NOT HEARING FROM YOU! Auditions will be conducted by Elvis and Rick James at Michael Jackson's nursery school on every other 6th Wednesday.

Until then don't forget to TURN DOWN, Lemmy's napping."
