played pulling teeth at a show my band played.
comment what you want, but this is only my 2nd gig live (besides a couple school things before), but personally, besides the 2 or 3 flubbs, i think it was good.

that was a sick cover man, and a really nice sounding/looking bass.

i play that song aswell with my band. fun as hell to play.

and if you do all kill 'em all, make sure to post some vids here. that'd be unreal to see.

I'm getting a feeling like this should be moved to the "Recordings" section.

Mods/Admins?

My band covers a wide gamut of music. One of our "show pieces" is Seek and Destroy, and it generally kills (no pun intended) when placed in a strategic part of the set. I've given serious consideration to doing Pulling in Teeth, and playing in those strategic sections of the set that won't clear the floor. I have a Bass Muff, which really nails the tone better than Cliff's in my opinion (his overdriven tone on that tune was a little too harsh and loose for my taste).

I have a Wilson wah, which does generally bass enevelop filtering very well, but I just can't really get it to work with Pulling Teeth. It doesn't seem to have enough sweep in the upper register. Should I try a guitar wah for that tune?

im not an expert, at all, on pedals.
for what i did, i was using a boss bass overdrive(which i want to get rid of for a big muff) and a morley power wah fuzz(which is a guitar pedal that i used just for the wah).
