| My band covers a wide gamut of music. One of our "show pieces" is Seek and Destroy, and it generally kills (no pun intended) when placed in a strategic part of the set. I've given serious consideration to doing Pulling in Teeth, and playing in those strategic sections of the set that won't clear the floor. I have a Bass Muff, which really nails the tone better than Cliff's in my opinion (his overdriven tone on that tune was a little too harsh and loose for my taste).
I have a Wilson wah, which does generally bass enevelop filtering very well, but I just can't really get it to work with Pulling Teeth. It doesn't seem to have enough sweep in the upper register. Should I try a guitar wah for that tune?
