This would be great for a song title. I even have the song. I wrote one I've been calling 'Hanna-Barbera have a lot to answer for'. Obviously that won't fly for a long term name. The guys in the band just call it 'That Jack Johnson sounding one'.

Sophie and the Reasonable Expectations would be a great double bill with us, Feedback Johnny and the Disappointments.

I always told my best buddy that I was going to start a punk band and call it "Huuaaackkk." You have to think of the sound you make when you hork a loogie.

Fit Kilkenny and the Remoulds

An Irish punk outfit from the 1970's. It was a giant piss-take for them, but kids would DEMAND that they spat on them. I believe they were supported by U2 back in the day.

The name was inspired by a radio ad jingle for a tyre (ok, tire) remoulding company in the Irish town of Kilkenny. The jingle went:
"Fit Kilkenny Remoulds...
Rule The Road...."

A mate of mind played bass in the Fits...

The name has stuck with me to this day.
