Talking crap..my guitarist put down made fun of myself

Sign in to disble this ad
I told a guitarist that "Guitarists need 6 strings to show off...we only need 4."

he said, "Damn straight."

doh

it's like..saying we suck so we only need 4 strings to show off..but guitarists are good so they need 6. There goes that one.

Any ideas on how to get around this? Thanks

Well THAT solves my problem

Maybe I'll just swap the low B for a high C..and the bass has 24 frets...I can mimick all his lines up to the 19th...no...20th! fret on his high E string

He only has 1 fret to escape me, I'll be riding his ass the whole time

Or... you could learn to play better on your bass than he does on his guitar.

Next time your band is hanging out around other people (like a show maybe) act like you guys are fighting and then just scream at him "WELL WHY DON'T YOU GO AND SCREW YOUR COUSIN AGAIN AND STAY AWAY FROM MY (MOM, GRANDMA, SISTER, DAD) YOU SICK BASTARD!" It should work relatively well.

yeah i agree with the 7 string idea, that would be the best thing to do, but only if you know how to use the extra strings, nothing worse then dead wieght on your neck

Just buy an 8 or 9 string to make sure
