Craziest things seen happen or happen to you at shows from on stage.

Hi all, this may be posted somewhere before this but at practice the other night we were talking about chaos at shows we been playing at over the years. From brawls, straight out riots, and craziness all around.

If you have a good story post it.

Here is mine.

This was years back in the Nu-Metal days(Limp Bizkit, Early Slipknot, Early Deftones, RATM ) I was the DJ of the group scratching records and doing samples.

We played originals and ended our set with Killing In The Name by rage. Well during anthem of "F You We Won't do What You Tell Me" lines at the end things got out of hand and the crowd was going nuts.

Well the speaker stack was right to my left and was 2 full size powered mackie's stacked up. A attactive young lass was off to the side out of the pit trying to avoid the slaughter. Wrong place to be, the pit would have been safer.

That said as I'm watching the chaos unfold the whole pit shifts to my left and about 5 people hit the speaker stack and the top speaker flys off and hits this poor right in the head. She was bleeding and the funny thing to me was the speaker was back on the stack and plugged back in before she was attended to. Her boyfriend who I knew helped her right away but the main concern seemed to be the speakers. Just classic chaos, she ended up being ok just so the world knows all is well.

Anyone else have some good accidents you prevented or saw while on stage.

Possibly because there was an old thread on this kind of thing a while back...

... you'd have to go some to top this legendary post:

Our guitar player was so outraged that he jumped into the audience and confronted the guy, almost got into a fist fight before the bouncers took the guy out. Other than that, it was a pretty good set.
