I was deeply discounted a set of the new Ernie Ball Cobalts to try out in exchange for a review. Have any of you tried them yet? I'm deciding which bass I want to put them on, but not really sure. Both the Lakland and the Dingwall are out for now. I love the strings they have them and don't want to change those. So - eligible for the trial strings are the Squier, the Schecter, the Spector and the Fender. Then - one of the remaining will get flats. Suggestions being taken for that swap, too.

CW or CW/O wins, there's no loser there. It was a nice Bass though.

Stanton Moore is doing a drum master class at my friend's drum school tonight. I am supplying the hardware and the PA. I'm also picking up Stanton at the venue where he has a gig tonight. After the master class someone else has to take him to his gig as I have a gig as well.
Plus I need to get laundry and assorted other stuff done before I head to Chicago. I don't know if I'm flying or driving at this point. | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | |
