It's so nice to be loved and missed. Thank you all so much.

(Mike, no thanks necessary. Just passing along a message. )

Tat, hope you are a bit better. I mailed the flats early. Sat morning, Should maybe see them tomorrow or Wednesday.

PA, check your mail, something coming at you.
Feeling better Thor, but still not 100%. Hoping that this ick in ny lungs goes away soon. I'll keep an eye on the mailbox. Thanks!!

Great pic DT. You look like you are having a blast! Listened to the clips with head phones. I'm digging the tone you are getting. It's bigger sounding than the other samples I listened to but it fills the mix nicely.

Playing cold gigs is a bummer. I hate to play in long sleeves, let alone a coat. Kudos for doing it. Sounds like you guys warmed up a bunch towards the end. Making great strides my friend

Looks like perhaps I'm the only one with insomnia tonight. Decided to take blue out for a little walk. My camera skills suck, but at least this time I put the video gain input on auto so my track isn't whisper quiet.

Noodling here, but wanted to get down two tunes that have never made it to a recording really.

The first is a baroque piece put to bass. I added a bridge and some other parts. It's a mother to play as it was originally intended for Harpsichord I believe.

After that I needed to shake out my fingers throw out some syncopated funk.

Not intended to be an Aguilar commercial, but they are stacked behind me.

Ok, blah, blah, blah.

hope yall like it.

Time for Netflix,

Peace,

Very cool. You make me want to throw my basses away...

No, I didn't have insomnia tonight, but one of my dogs did. I got a cold nose in the middle of my back at about 4:00 AM. I took him outside and he wanted to play ball. In the dark. Did I mention that I was my robe and it was 34 degrees?

I'm awake now.

Snow on the ground here this morning. Yesterday was warm enough to golf. Quite a change!

Mike, I was thinking of you for the second tune. It's so much fun to play stuff like that with a drummer that locks in.

Up at 5:45 this morning... no cure for insomnia. Just coffee from here on out till the next chance to sleep.

We had 75 degrees on Saturday and then 30 on Sunday. It always makes me feel badly for the homeless when there is such a temp shift.

Thank you! I like the tone that I got as well.

I don't mind wearing a jacket while playing as long as I don't feel constricted.

DT, thanks man. I'd like to play it slow but the original had sections that sped up for effect so I try to play it like that. Hard to play it articulately at high speed, well, I have a hard time doing it. Dying to get my 6 string !!!!!

interesting that she uses a lefty bass, but it is strung upside down as if she had just flipped a right handed bass over...well to me at least, because I do not know anyone who does that...

I am left handed, but play right handed basses....I might try this just for novelty
