I also wanted to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday, as I won't have the chance to post again until after Christmas. I hope all the MoCWB and CWB-ers have a wonderful Christmas. And for any of you who find cool bass-related gifts under the tree, don't forget to share pics!
Yes, it is!

My present from Mrs. DT is taunting me. The box doesn't hide what is inside it!

I have no idea what my hubby got me at all. It's almost never music related though :-( i do know a friend bought me new strings for my guitar tho :-)

And since we had my Army friend over for Solstice dinner he got to see my little studio with the amp he bought me in it.

In August of 2011 CWB was started by a woman named the Deej. I think that it's safe to say that she had no idea of all of the lives that her simple thread would change.

I want to take Christmas Eve as a chance to thank all of you for your love and friendship through this year. I have made friendships here that I'm convinced will last the rest of my life... How cool is that.

Merry Christmas to all.

And thank you again Deej!

chick with something I'd like for Christmas. One of my favorite album covers ever, and a great Christmas album for bass players too.

Don't know if any of these have been posted before (guess they have actually, but I'm new to this set of threads so..... anyways):
Norwegian girl band Cocktail Slippers:

I was at this concert actually, they were the warm up act to ZZ Top at Notodden, Norway this summer.
Video from a live performance here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g9xUlWzhLr8

Also, another girl band from Norway. From my hometown no less; Frk Fryd (the translation would be 'Miss Joy' or similar):

Here's Frk Fryd performing . 'Slem Pike' (translation: Naughty Girl) I quite like the bass sound in this one actually.

My wife got me this for Christmas - Seismic 215. With that and the Markbass head, it sounds really really good!!

The 210 is sitting beside it with the GK MB200 sitting on top of it.
