follow-up on that March 3 gig - starts at 12:30 pm on a Sunday, the Saturday night of which weekend I'll be in Wyomissing PA, hopefully hanging out with Tat and Drummer. Unfortunately, it's a 3.5 hour drive away.

so ... 7 a.m. wakeup call and a 3.5 hour drive to that gig. LOL. Well, whatever gear I need for the March 3 gig I'll have with me at the hotel that Saturday night. And I'll let Tat play with mine if she'll let me play with hers.

So which of us was it that got the Of Monsters and Men CD for the holidays? I'm wondering if the rest is as good as the single. And do you have dropbox? :-)

It only took 7 years and 4 months, 8 seasons and 173 episode so we can finally learn how Ted Mosby met his kids' mother.... and then it turns out she was a chick with a bass. Is that destiny???

So...my fine friends.....miss you all a bunch and can't wait for things to settle down so I can come back and post daily. A little news from Tatland....

etoncrow - need you to recommend me a hotel in/near Dunbar. I'm coming to town, m'dear. Making a couple of other stops along the way that gets me within 100 miles of you - and that's enough to make it happen. Will PM you with the info early next week. It's my vacation and I'm gonna enjoy every minute.

Dad's home from nursing home, but has to go back in for another drainage surgery next week. It's looking like this outpatient surgery is going to be a regular thing forever. But - he's home and that's good news.

Got the best Christmas present in the world from a most awesome friend. Two bass lessons with Dave LaRue. Excited!!!! And, terrified.

Headed to Weybridge (outside London), England on 3 Feb. until 16 Feb. with a 3 day jaunt to Cologne, Germany the following week (and will be there for Carnival!) for work. So excited about this. It's a big project for work which is awesomeness for my career potential and I get to add a new country to my travel map. Life is good.

Hugs and kisses to all of my wonderful CWB and MoCWB family. Y'all are incredible and I'm so happy to have you all in my life. Luv ya!!!

Heya Tommy, thanks. I've been to Koln. I was there for the opening of Carnival on 11/11/11 (at 11:11). Spent a week there for work and it was amazing. I'm not sure about the Golden Roof, but I went to The Dom, a couple of other churches, the Museum of Schokolad, The Music Store (musicstore.de) which was the biggest music store I've ever been in, and tried to have dinner and bier in every brauhaus in Koln. LOL. Kolsch is delicious!

Let's start planning! I think you have my email already? Mrs, me and 2 kids. I am golfing either Sat or Sun with a friend from here who will also be in Orlando that weekend. Dinner on the 25th maybe? Or the 20th evening is also open.

That is going to be a fantastic trip! Color me envious.

Glad your dad is at home. I know that is what he wanted.

Tat, sounds like good things are coming your way. You deserve every one. I think you will really like England.

that was me. There are several good songs on the CD. I'd like to get my main band interested in doing one. I do not have dropbox that I know of, sounds serious but maybe it's not. If that refers to a tendency to drop boxers, then yes I do have it.

edit: j/k, I do know what dropbox is, but I don't have an account.
