Sorry to hear the news Tat, handle your business. You and yours are in my thoughts

My job told me change my ticket however I needed. I'm opting to go back to Florida so my son can be there with us.

Tat, will your son be able to do some of the driving for you? A transatlantic flight followed by a long drive can't be good for un-sleepy eyes.

My old friend Thor, you did not have to trash half of New England just because you wanted to relandscape your property. You have been heavy handed ever since Odin gave you that special hammer. Chill Bro!

Yeah, power is back, got it Sunday night, cable, internet etc on Tuesday. Been spending time trying to get the place back in shape after camping out indoors.

Tree guy showed up to clear the path to my basement door there. Rest should be cleared next week he says.

That cedar grew from a little one, probably 40 years old, but now too close to the house and too big. Cedars are natural to this area and survive well, especially in the wilder scrub full of bittersweet and wild grape bushes. They were rocking back and forth in the hurricane, but didn't lose any. I got a video of that iirc. A short one.
