I'll drop this little nugget here. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdRT6rSqsf8
Didn't realize the mic was picking up my voice because I thought the amp was loud enough. It's a tune I wrote a few years ago " once again". I had my Emperor strung E-C to get back into the swing of a 6er for when my Zon arrives. So I pulled this one out of the pile of 6 string tunes that I've left silent for a few years.
It's tough to not let this tune run at it's own pace. Normally it is a bit slower. When I get used to playing it again I'll be able to give it a better tempo for the voice.
It's good for a chuckle
Peace,
MB | Finally got a chance to give it a listen. As usual, fantastic! Do you have a record deal? Seriously I have not heard better bass. About two years ago I got into SMV but your playing is as good if not better.

I'm going to sound like an idiot but who or what is SMV?
No record deal, just playing with different groups and releasing stuff independently. I've been lucky enough to land some endorsements which I'll update as soon as my stuff is finalized. I'm currently working on another solo album that is just bass and vocals. I'll probably have it finished by summer and get everything together at once for a website and CD sales.
Really glad you like the tunes. For the album I'll be sure to clean up the playing and vocals.
Also working on a setup so I can record some live videos of some of the songs that will be available to drive people to the CD side of stuff. Of course my MoCWB and CWBs will get copies when it's done if any one wants them.
Thanks for the kind words.

Does making it 2/3 of the way through count? I'm not sure my brain can take much more of it. :-)

Then I proceeded to play Electric Six's "danger high voltage" while slapping the entire thing. Yep..great night so far.
Thand, my parents did battle with our neighbors during my childhood over dogs. We lived on top of a mountain with three other houses near us. There were lots of arguments about stupid crap and sadly, a lot of dogs (mostly ours) paid the ultimate price. I sympathize with what happened to your dog. I have a feeling "I" won't have to actually "do" anything, and that the Karma train has left the station.
