SO, my drummer gets a big New Years gig and now no practice for two weeks!!!!!(with the band). The only reason this upsets me(mo' powa to da dwumma!!) I think, is that it's the holidaze and I'm so stressed with work. "Practice" just happens to be my main release valve at this point. Can ya dig?

p.s. No I'm not upset I don't have a New Years gig...they spring up all the time.

Yeah, I can dig. Our guitarist says "for the rich, there's therapy. For the rest of us, there's Rock n Roll."

You'll be missing your therapy. Bummer, dude.

Try playing some christmas carols to compensate. You can make "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" sound REAL bluesy...

It's funny...I just did "Oh Christmas Tree" on classic guitar out of the blue while sittin round.(But like a bass player). It worked! I guess I've been away from my axe for the last few days and never realized how attached to having one around was! Thankfully, there's an acoustic classic six string(neck feels like a Warwick!!) laying round I can jam on. I'm in the north east and were gettin' a bit snow that's screwing things up.
