never had that problem. i wish our crowd asked us to play primus :-( i only know three songs the full way through, but so does our drummer... it's not us that can't perform, it's our guitarists!

isn't it funny any guitard will play vanhalen no questions asked to show off, but the second the bass player wants to play primus to show off a little bit, they can't learn ler's guitar riffs?

If somebody asks us to do a particular song that we don't know, I will sometimes tell them, "we don't play that one anymore". It gives them the impression that at one time we did. Especially if its a ridiculous request.

yeah well the rest of the crowd wanted us to play iron maiden.

Considering we sound nothing like either of those bands it was quite interesting.
Oh and one guy asked if we were gonna play sweet home alabama. Short answer, no.

I think that town is used to crappy covers bands.
