I have had this bass for a couple years it has been serviced by my local tech that is really great at what he does! this thing is beautiful! best of both worlds and a combo of both! jazz bass neck and a jazz bass pickup with a p bass pickup and a p bass body!!! they made these things alot thru the 80's and 90's I know this one is one of the first versions as I bought if from my brother and I remember him buying it when I was a kid! this bass has alot of history and has been a part of some great recordings and played some great shows so I hate to see it go!!!! originally it had a cheesy white finish so I painted it flat black and put a tortoise pickgaurd on it. there are scuffs on the paint but you may want to repaint it. I like the scuffs! new tuners and the electronics have been rewired! I made the tuners look old because who wants shinny tuners on an american vintage bass!!??
anyways call sammy if you are interested! call anytime

I knew that I moved to right place when a 12 year old downstairs called the police on his mother for child abuse. Apparently he called his mother a b!tch. Mom responded by open hand slapping him in the face.
The policeman told the mom that he would be more than happy to bear witness while she paddled his ass silly. He then told the kid that if he called the police again, he was going to jail.
That said, this is a conservative area. I would call the social climate here "Don't Ask. Don't Tell."
You may get arrested for something inane by default. The leading cause is typically stupidity........like inviting unknown persons to your home via a public ad, and asking them to bring weed.
The only people that complain about law enforcement here tend to be the chuckleheads.

I'd jump on this deal immediately but I am late for my GED basic math class. | I was going to buy it but he would not agree to teach me how to tie my shirt in a knot like he does and that was the deal breaker.

I will translate this for you;
I am looking for someone who is a better guitar player than me to give me free lessons. And for your effort I will not be held to any kind of standard and I will not commit to anything regularly, so please be available at my whim.
