Not an ad, but stupidity none the less. I have a handful of ads up on craigslist. Yesterday I get an email with the title "re: craigslist ad". in the text was a phone number. that's it. people annoy me sometimes.

THIS IS A GREAT BUY YOU CANT PASS THIS UP!

the bass is an sx custom made bass. it says right on the headstock sx vintage series and right below it it says custom hand made.
it is a copy of a fender p bass. NOTE: THE PICTURES BELOW ARE NOT OF THE BASS. THEY ARE PICTURES THAT LOOK LIKE THE BASS AND ARE ACURATE IN COLOR, I DO NOT HAVE A CAMERA AND CANNOT TAKE PICTURES, I AM VERY SORRY. this bass is a worn bass. wich means its made to look like it has been heavily played for years and years, it has the paint worn off it in certain spots, and the wood looks really old. but this is still a very nice bass. if you dont know what worn basses look like, look up worn finish guitars, they are usually much more expensive. this bass has a dark sundurnt finish exactly like in the picture. it also has the same exact color pick gaurd. and a natural wood finish neck. birds eye fret board, and emg select passive pickups in it. the bass plays very nice and i have used it on so many recordings but i need money so as much as it kills me i have to get rid of it. please feel free to call me at xxx xxx-xxxx

will trade for

dbx 160 a compressor.
if you have other mono compressors, feel free to offer
and any other rack mount gear you have let me know
but i preferably im looking for a dmx 160a


and just for one last time just in case you didnt catch it the first time the bass in the pictures is not the bass for sale, i do not have a camera and cannot take pictures.
the bass in the pictures is acurate in color tho and looks like the bass for sale. this bass is a worn bass and looks very beat up. but plays amazing and sounds amazing

I am not a musician, nor am I a guitarist.
I just play guitar...

Musicians are ****ing idiots, & I've never met one that knows how to rock & roll.

I know what doesn't suck, & let me tell you, what you listen to probably sucks...so please don't feel like you need, or should, send me a list of all the ****** bands you like & want to sound like.

What I listen to, & what I want to play in a band are two entirely different things, so I'm not going to list a bunch of bands/artists that I wanna rip off...but, I like to pride my playing on sounding like a cross between Johnny Ramone & a Yardbirds-era Jimmy Page. **** yourself...

I'm looking for people that are around my age (and for all you mid-life crisis mother****ers out there that are still playing music, and are sick of your nagging wives & erectile dysfunction, you're not my age!), in the area, & are ready to rehearse 3-4 times a week.

There's a lot more to a band than good guitar work...so if you're a sub-par drummer or bassist, or have a weak voice, my playing will overpower whatever it is you think you can bring to a band. I'm not looking for virtuosos, prodigies, or musicians, I'm certainly not one...but if you can't kick ass, it just won't work.

Also, I do indeed want/need a rhythm guitarist for this proposed project, for sure.

Yes, I'm sure he will. Actually, I'm not even sure of that. Despite the fact many of them are mediocre, most people who scan CL to find a band believe they are God's gift to guitar/drums/bass/keyboard/vuvuvela, and would never admit that they can't play their instrument(s).
