LOL ok so I went to this local show with 4 bands {all pretty much hardcore metal or whatever you want to call them} to support a buddy of mine's band. Anyway, I notice the first bands' bass player is playing a nice graphite colored 5-string Warwick Double-Buck bass {pick no less and little finger style here and there}. So later I go to compliment him and say I like his Warwick and he says "Naw man, I play an Ibanez"...I said "Really, i saw you had a Warwick double buck on stage"...He says: "No that was an Ibanez"....lol he was visibly tweeked out and drunk hopefully he is not that dumb! I just shrug and walk away from guys like that

I think a guy who can pick and finger well is worth his weight, and it has everything to do with the story or I would have left the fact his warwick was cool to myself.

Granted there are ibanez body shapes vaguely like those of Warwicks, but in no case does Ibanez begin with the letter W. I have been pretty tore up in my day and never once cnfused a W with an I. Where they went in the alphabet maybe.

I don't think they make a $$ in a Graphite color....outside maybe the custom shop.
