Damn, I thought I had repressed this memory but a thread in OT brought it up again. Well, here goes:
I accidentally emptied part of the Charles De Gaulle airport when i was twelve by leaving my db bow case outside a tax free shop. The orchestra I played in were heading back home to sweden after having played in the swedish school in paris. When I realized I'd forgotten it I also realized what probably caused the commotion. I had a hard time trying to explain to the police that it was my case and that it was completely harmless. By the time they realized what I was saying (french police don't seem to speak very good english...) the bomb squad had broken the hinges to the case...
