FIRST AUDITION - I'm in oh yeah.

So after 4 horrible months of wanking (my bass guitar) on my own in my bedroom all alone with my lil 30W amp (yes you can start laughing), I finally got motivation, or balls, or what alcoholics like to call a moment of clarity, and I auditioned for this rock trio looking for a bassist.

We started off by Hey Joe, which is probably in my top10 favorite basslines ever, and boy i nailed it and more... dare I say it....

I TOOK A SOLO! AND THEY LOVED IT!

Sorry I'm just really proud of myself right now

So to finish the story, I nailed it and they want me so I now have a new band with a chick drummer (which is really fun) and a singer/guitardist who doesnt know it yet but is definitely heartbreakerfrontofthescenewetpanties material so I'm gonna get em working on some Led Zep and Beatles so we can dig it

Thanks for reading my random rambling on, and sorry if I wasted your precious time with this lamo story but I had to tell someone

thanks dudes

No gigs lined up yet but I'll be working on that soon. The drummer's husband is a bassist (yes, yes you heard right) and he says we can open for his band, so that sounds like a good start.
