Those were some great performances (I thought Kenwood was particularly good alongside Jaco). but what was funny about it? Jaco's juju lips?

I don't see why everyone thinks Jaco is so good!! I mean, just listen to how bad this is!! I don't care how much the bass world was revolutionized by this experimental garbage!!! C'mon...he can't even lay a groove....

(I kid...I kid...)

This one (Teen Town) has been on a German bassforum and 3 or 4 guys thought it was real, going..."THAT is Jaco? What a crap, totally bs. How can he be considered such a great player...etc"

oh-my-god-

Ups, forgot.
Here's my favorite one. Actually, one of my all time favorite bands.

Am I the only one who doesn't really think that the "shreds" videos aren't that funny?

I think the Iron Maiden clip was the best, personally. The circus music just topped it. Now I want to hear the real Iron Maiden play that as part of their set. If you don't think the shreds series is funny you really take music way too seriously. That's comming from me. The people involved in those videos are brilliant, I think.
